Michele's Arts Realm: Handmade notebooks!

If you're reading this to find out about my second DIY craft, I would like to say thank you for checking my Arts Realm. I don't know what craft will I do next after this but I'll think of something this month. Anyway, my second craft is a handmade notebook made out of a cardboard box.

I know it doesn't look like it's made out of a cardboard box. I use an A4 paper to wrap up the cardboard so that I can customize it. But first, here's what you need to make a notebook:

  • a cardboard box
  • one or two pieces of A4 paper (you can also use magazine pages to wrap the cardboard and papers to cut drawings for decoration)
  • gel pens or other colouring materials
  • duct tape
  • stapler
  • blank notebook papers
I have extra materials like the black ribbon and the purple denim jeans tag as decorations for more new notebooks. I'm planning to make three more notebooks, so I'll see how it goes.
You don't have to cut the cardboard straight away. Explore the material first, you'll never know what you'll find beside the lid and the base! You can use the flaps of the box as an extra opening for your notebook (see the image above).

  1. Unfold the cardboard box and place a piece of notebook paper onto it. Trace the lines of the paper so that you know where to cut. Make sure you trace the paper two times because you're making a book cover.
  2. Cut the two squares/ rectangles you've traced on the box. Like I mentioned earlier, you can use the flap as an extra. Make sure the flap fits with the book cover.

  3. Use duct tape to stick one side of the two cutouts together. Then, tape the flap you've cut at the other side of the cutout's back as shown above.
  4. Measure your now-called book cover on a piece of A4 paper and trace it. Cut the lines out and wrap the cardboard with the paper. I cut the middle line of the paper because it wouldn't fit over the cardboard unless there's a gap between the cover. So I seal the gap of the paper with duct tape and fold and seal the ends of the paper inside the cover like this:

  5. Pile up your notebook papers into one neat stack and place them into the book cover. Make sure that they fit into the cover. Flip the papers to the middle (try count approximately to where the middle pages of the notebook will be) and use a stapler to staple the middle of the pages together with the book cover as shown below:
  6. Illustrate your cover! Use your handy colour materials to create your ideal notebook cover. I personally love drawing flowers like cherry blossoms and roses, so I use this cherry blossom background to make my notebook look appealing. Be creative! Design your notebook cover than represents you!
I also compose a poem on my notebook cover at the front and back...

I've added a little random detail here:
I've found this wire material around the house and I thought this would be perfect to keep the notebook close!

I've made two more notebooks and they're a little more challenging than the first one above. I've tried out magazine cutouts as well as a few pop-up figures as extras.
Second notebook (magazine cutouts, pop-ups made from little cardboard strips, and paper to add as decoration)
The Wall-E pops up are awesome, I'm surprised they turn out well!

A little poem at the back!

The notebook paper are stacked in two parts and stapled from the top

The third notebook is my favourite among them! It represents my personality and the poem almost overtook the entire cover, it's a good thing I leave a little space for the red rose background. And also, that complicated ribbon opening of this notebook takes a little while for me to think of something to hold the ends of the ribbon together, thanks to a paper clip.
Rose background and poem at the front...

Back of the notebook with the poem continues...

To make the opening, I use a ribbon, this special denim jeans tag that is cut and a paper clip.

Notebook papers stacked into four parts! Two stapled from the top and two parts stapled from opposite sides!

So I hope you 'll get inspired to create something like this! Get your creative juices flow now! See you guys in the next post!

Michele's Arts Realm: Hello Kitty Pop-Up Fashion Runway

Hiya, folks! It's funny that I suddenly take a keen interest in arts and crafts. I was a member of the Arts club back in elementary school and secondary school but I never knew I got so enthusiastic in trying something new in arts. Do-It-Yourself arts and crafts is actually fun and challenging, and I recommend aspiring artists to try creating something on your own without any tutorials from Google or Youtube. You'll challenge your creative mind to make a whole new product out of something like recyclable materials (papers, boxes etc.). You can experiment with procedures, materials, and decorations to make the process work and the product looks "complete". Anyway, my first DIY project is this crazy pop-up box (kind of like a handmade jack-in-the-box). And since I have this stack of Hello Kitty sketches with me, I use them as the pop-up figures. The sketches were drawn back when I was a freshman in secondary school (2006) and they're still good as new! I don't want to throw them away so I cut them to make them into 2D figures and stick them onto folded and taped paper stands.

One of my 2D Hello Kitty figures on a paper stand.

I know the cutouts don't look tidy enough but I try not to cut over the lines...
If you want to try making a pop-up box, all you need are a box (a shoe box or any box that has enough space to put a number of pop-up figures), a pair of scissors, old magazines or newspapers (I use UBC magazines because the landscapes as the pages' backgrounds are pretty XD), cardboard or manilla card, plain or colourful duct tapes, stapler, a long ribbon, and a number of sketches to make the figures.

First, dress up the box with the magazines/ newspapers. Make sure the pages that are cut fit well onto the top, bottom, and sides of the box. Seal them up with duct tape and keep wrapping the box up until it's fully covered.
Next. cut out as many little (not too small!) rectangles as you think you  need from cardboard or manilla card. Fold them into 3D triangles and seal the two ends with duct tape. You've made pop-up stands!
I don't know whether you can see the Hello Kitty figure on the left (next to the one with the pink coat). The triangular stand is what you should make.

When you finish making the stands (don't worry if you don't make enough, you still can make some more once you've counted the number of sketches you have), cut out the sketches to make them look "alive" in 2D. Cut the blank areas away, the drawings' bodies are all you need.

After that, stick the stands onto the base of the box first. Use duct tape to stick the stands against the base, make sure you tape the front and back of each stand and one of the triangular surfaces has to face forward! This is to help maintain the balance of the figures! Here's one suggestion: you can first tape one stand onto the base of the box, and then tape a figure onto it (stick a tape at the back of the figure, the bottom is the best place to stick a part of the tape so that it sticks to the stand and it helps the figure to stand up). If the figure is standing up, you're good to continue with the rest. There are times when some figures don't seem to stand up. That's okay, you can fix up the figures' postures by adding more tape to the stands or a little bit higher at the back of the figure down to the base. You can also try to adjust the triangular shapes of the stands if you want.

One Hello Kitty figures is hiding behind the one with the rose shirt XD..

You can stick more pop-up figures on the inner lid of the box or even on the flaps (if possible) The picture above is little Hello Kitty figures on one of the flaps of the sides of the box. You can add more figures on other parts of the box to make your product more detailed and presentable. ;)

And lastly, (this is optional, if you want to be more creative), you can decorate the box with a theme. I plan to make this display into a fashion show, so I cut the middle area of the base to make a "door". It's actually a red carpet for the Hello Kitty models to walk on.
To make this opening, cut the middle area as shown above and cut through the wrapped paper that is preventing you from cutting through the area of the box entirely. Find a solution to cover the gap, such as covering it up with a strip of paper and colour it with a marker pen. Use your scissors to poke two holes on the door (one on top left and top right) and another two holes at the top ends next to the holes of the door.
Hello Kitty models "squished" backstage" XD.
Make sure the holes are big enough to fit your ribbon through. Slip the ribbon from one hole next to the door and then through the hole on the door. Pull the ribbon to the back of the door and slip it into the other hole of the door, and then pull it to the back and through the last hole. Make sure the length of the ribbon is even, measure it by comparing approximately from both ends. Finally, staple both ends of the ribbon with the stapler. Yes, this sounds weird but it works. The staples help to block the ribbon ends from slipping off the holes! Trust me, it works like paper clips! Oh! And when you want to close the door, just grab hold on the staples and pull the ribbon back to its position. The door will close like a drawbridge.
Hello Kitty models on the red carpet. The two ends of the ribbon helps to open and close the "door".

So I hope you enjoy reading this blog post and maybe you got inspired to do one! This is actually fun, I spent the whole day doing this! This is actually a trial for me because I have an interview coming up to volunteer at Coquitlam Community Centre or Poirer Community Centre in Arts, Crafts, and Hobbies. So I'm thinking of brainstorming some craft ideas to teach kids or something. My next project is going to be a handmade notebook made out of cardboard boxes! So stay tuned if you want more of Michele's Arts Realm!

Normal Tongue (new poem)

Normal Tongue

She is there in a corner.
Her mind is all on herself.
She has to put an elbow grease
on the tasks given.
The strangers around her
are gibbering/ chattering.

She has nowhere to go,
she is stuck in this globe
where she defines herself different from the rest.
She realizes why people look down on her,
her fear bottles up her soul.
Her confidence is shattered into chandelier pieces
laying there forever,
unable to be glued back into its body.

Maybe the reason why she doesn't fit in
is because she feels she's giving
a bad impression in the eyes of people.
Maybe the reason why she doesn't spill
is because she thinks people don't know how to reach her.
Perhaps the reason why she abandons herself
is because she feels pushed
but desires to punch her fists
to break the glass bauble
filled with water that drowns her to mental death.

She knows she has to shake it off.
She yearns not to let people down.
She chases after reflection of her past.
She gazes at new horizons
hoping to snatch her black lonely heart.
She waits for someone out there
to draw a heart of hope on her skin
and guide her through the tunnel.

She wants to be heard.
She wants to be loved.
She wants to be a person who is worth it.
She wants to be inspired.
She wants to love stories
told by extraordinary citizens
and to share with the world.
She wants to see the depth
of colourful portraits within her friends
and hold the streamer of courage
when facing outsiders.

She wants a collage pasted with questions
and find tags that reveal the answers.
She longs to participate
a chance that she is forced to unlock
out of a rusted treasure chest.
She looks up the bejeweled obsidian sky,
diamonds that twinkles
so brilliantly she desires to caress her hair
like a pure goddess that steals male hearts.

She doesn't want to repeat the errors
she doesn't dare to see herself in front of a mirror
the tongue that ties to her hideous mouth.
Her eyes are nothing
but a shade of grey.
Her quivering language chains her down to the ground.
Her figure keeps choking her away from faith.

You want to grab her hand
and yank her out
but she seeks trust from your heart
and wonders where is the light that illuminates from your true hues.
She wants to know more of you
and she hopes she can try.

That girl write this
That girl is me.

There's No Place Like the Amazon (Rio 2 film review)

It's been a few years since Rio the Dreamworks movie is released, and I'm happy that the energetic Brazillian world is back with this great sequel. Rio 2 brings viewers to a whole new universe of nature and wildlife.

In this film, we are introduced to Blu's own family; this included Jewel and three kids with different personalities: Carla, the oldest who always has earphones on and songs blasted from her iPod, Bianca (Bia) the middle youngster who loves to read and is quite knowledgeable, and Tiago, the youngest, only boy with a desire to take risks and go on a wild adventure. Jewel can't stand Blu's human habits that influence the children, like when he cooks pancakes for breakfast. So when the opportunity of a flock of blue macaws lay before them (they watch Linda and Tulio, their caretakers, who are explaining the existence of more blue macaws on TV), Jewel decides to take the family on their first trip. Blu fidgets at her idea, but is to tag along since the rest of the family are excited about going to the Amazon forest.

Blu shows more of his character (having human habits) in the Amazon forest, such as brushing his "teeth" with an electric toothbrush and using a GPS (I agree with Jewel, the female voice can't be trusted XD). He is introduced to several new characters, Eduardo who is Jewel's father, Aunt Mimi who is Eduardo's sister, and Roberto who is Jewel's old friend. These characters put him to the test of training him to becoming a wild bird to fit in with the flock, however he is still using his human routines (again with that crappy GPS). I love Roberto's character. He is good-looking, charming, and a favourite to all macaws except Blu. And yes, he is voiced by the amazing Bruno Mars. He lets the family stay in his huge nest which is like a tall hollow room in a tree trunk and is a pro at macaw soccer (during the war at the "pit of doom" between the blue macaws and the scarlet macaws), however he is terrified of human machinery. I mean, you should see the look on Roberto's face when he is almost crushed by a tractor! Luckily Blue pushes him away from those cruel loggers. He is really freaking out. He is all panicky and his eyes are all bulged up like saucers. Blu, being the intelligent one, has to slap Roberto to get back to his senses. I am like...LOL. Roberto, you are not-so-perfect after all. But I still adore Bruno's voice. :3

Eduardo, on the other hand, is a strict leader who bans his fellow macaws from having any human-related things. He even snatches away Nico's bottle cap! Poor Nico! That metal circle looks good on him! Well, he eventually replaces it with a flower as a hat.
And like all father-in-laws, Eduardo dislikes Blu and I bet his first impression is "What is his problem? He has that weird-looking thing around his waist!". That fanny pack Blu carries bothers Eduardo, and he commands him to take it off so that he can learn to become a real wild bird. I like how the producers of this film puts this character in front of Blu's eyes because he get to be challenged to see how he can prove Eduardo that he is Jewel's worthy husband. He wants to impress not only himself, but also his family and the rest of the flock. Blue never fails to show Eduardo what he knows about humans, and Eduardo finds a new perspective in humans in the end (when he got saved by Linda and Tulio from being crushed by a bulldozer in the battlefield between loggers and animals). Not all humans are evil, you've proved Eduardo wrong, Blu!
Oh! About the picture above, I love the soccer scene! It's so Brazilian culture! Even though the end result of the soccer match is unexpected (Blu sends the nut ball to the wrong goal), it is still an awesome scene.

I also love Carla's character. She is voiced by Rachel Crow, one of my favourite singers from X-Factor. I love the fact that she hangs out with musicians like Nico (voiced by Jamie Fox) and Pedro (voiced by Will I Am). She even colours her music passion on screen when she helps Nico, Pedro, and Rafeal (the hornbill who is voiced by George Lopez) with the audition for a carnival. I'm also proud of her because she gets to sing in a part of the final song "Batucada Familia". Speaking of audition, I'm surprised that they don't recognize their old nemesis, Nigel (voiced by Jemaine Clement). Nigel dresses in a yellow suit that covers his badly-bruised body and he covers his eyes with a leaf mask to disguise himself. First of all, I'm disappointed of Nigel for not having a dramatically evil plan. I mean, he just enters in the audition and all he target is Blu to destroy him. Ever since that plane crash in the first film, he seeks revenge...but all he ever plans is to shoot a porcupine dart with a smudge of Gabi the frog's "poison" at Blu. Wow, Nigel, is that all you got? You said yourself that you'll "be pooping in (the) party promptly" and all you got is a stinking dart? Gabi (voiced by Kristin Chenoweth from Glee) is not an actual poison frog (according to brainy Bia), so that means Nigel's plan has failed once again (in an ameteurish way). And anyone besides me think that Gabi's crush on Nigel is disgusting but hilarious? The Shakespeare quotes they recite are cute too. Speaking of Shakespeare, they should have act out a play in the audition or something, but Nigel's performance of "I Will Survive" is epic too.

My favourite scene in the movie is the fight between the loggers and the animals (yes, not only the blue macaws fight but also the scarlet macaws and other animals that are shown in the carnival audition). I absolutely love when the trees were surrounded by a wall of brave blue macaws right in front of the loggers! That is just pure awesome! Once Blue says "Birds of blue feathers have to stay together", it's like he switches role with Eduardo as a leader! And oh my, the way the animals attack the loggers is just wonderful.

To me, the sequel is not as good as the first film because some characters are absent as major roles such as Luiz the bulldog who is left in Rio because...well... he can't fly. Can't he drop by in the Amazon a little early to help the gang instead of finally arrive at the celebration in the end? I'm glad that at least Linda and Tulio showed up a few times in the film. They're important characters for Blu to represent his personality, that is being a companion and not a pet.

I love the visuals, especially the circle of birds in the "Beautiful Creatures" scene. The music is as unique and catchy as ever. Brazilian music, in fact, is a great type of music to dance! The presentation of the setting in both Rio and the Amazon is just gorgeous. This movie has potential in stressing the characters' traits as well as transitioning them into a whole new world. If you're looking for a movie that is perfect for the summer, I guarantee that you and your family will love this film.

Oh! For those who haven't or wants to refresh about the storyline, check out this video:

Life Depends on God's Annointing (College Retreat Summer 2014)

May 2 to May 4 2014 represent a weekend when I get to escape from a secretly emotional roller coaster this past week (it's a long story, but I got over it). Christian retreats like this are such privileges for kids, young people, and college Christians to gather around from different localities and just turn back to the Lord. What I like about this college retreat is well, the venue (Lakeside Bible Camp is my ideal place to absorb in the beauty of nature, I'll explain a bit more shortly), the food (Food heaven, I tell you! FOOD HEAVEN!!!), and the messages we've discussed (Title: The Knowledge of Life).

Ever since I join high school retreats in Lakeside Bible Camp, I fall in love with this little island at the big lake. There's just something special about this, like a beautiful postcard.
This little island which is located a few feet away from the land of the bible camp attracts me to go there, sit down on the one and only bench, and write. I can just write anything! The waters that crash against the island edges are just so soothing; it brings me to this tranquility and focus on getting new inspiration for new writing projects (poetry and memoir for example). It's like a mini writer's retreat. =)

Here's a poem I wrote during three hour break yesterday afternoon at the retreat. I sat at the bench for like half an hour or so and wrote the first stanza, then crappy rain poured down that ruined my writing mood, but I finished it in the cafeteria anyway.

An island sits a few feet away from the lake.
Its features never fail to amuse me,
a pretty model for an artist to create a masterpiece.

Six pine trees
dominating the height of a giraffe,
lining randomnly on the grasssy circle.
You walk on a bridge connected on the right
and down to a corner
where a handsome ruby bench
beckons you to sit back and rewind.

A lighthouse,
white with a blinking bulb on its cap
will greet you with a "hello" from your back.
You will shiver like a new mint lead
as bitter wind blows against your skin.
But frown no more,
for the quiet folding waters surrounding it
will gladly accompany you.

I wish I can sit on the bench for an hour or two because I've never felt so calm and peaceful when sitting there! The ambiance is just so relaxing and the lake waves that hit against the rocks and the edges of the island really switch my inspirational writing mode on! Oh well, hopefully I can go to Lakeside Bible Camp again and settle back onto that bench!

The food served is like eating a five-star hotel buffet! From sunrise casserole to creamy Alfredo pasta and garlic bread to juicy steak to cinnamon french toast and crunchy bacon to pizza! And the coffee with two little cups of French Vanilla milk I have these past two mornings  are just refreshing!

Okay, the messages! I really enjoy the lead brothers' speaking throughout the weekend, especially the testimonies told in message three. Message three talks about "the sense of life". Romans 8:6 says, "For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the spirit is life and peace", this shows that we who are in the church life can experience this sensation/ feeling deep within us when it comes to do something. When we focus on the Lord, we will have peace in which we feel comfortable, good, and natural. On the contrary, death includes emptiness, weakness, depression, and darkness in life. News all over media consists of death, including the horrific events of the missing Malaysian Airlines aircraft and the tilting Korean ship. Even after you watch a movie, you'll only get some awesomeness of a fictional character, and not a real person, namely the spirit that lives in us called Jesus Christ. I'll probably won't go through the whole message but I want to point out these things on how to know whether we've living in the flesh or in the spirit. We need to know that after we got saved@baptized in the Holy Spirit, we have God entered into our hearts and have His divine life flowing in us like a waterfall. God is also abiding and operating in us to express Him and to tell other people about Him. You know, this brother who discusses this message really got me interested by his stories that I want to write an article or an autobiography about him! XD
He shares how he meets his wife, which is a funny story that got me laughing almost like a hyena. In two years of Full Time Training (our churches' perfecting school), this sister's name kept appearing in his head whenever he prays! It was odd because he didn't know this sister well, but he had this feeling that there's something about her. So he seek help from an elderly brother who (to his dead surprise) predicted that he was in love! The sister was a year later than the brother, so he wanted to wait till she was done with the training program. And then, one October, he got a call from the elderly brother who gave him an appointment of meeting up next June. Can you imagine a person appointing you to meet up at such a long length of time? Awkward! But anyways, the elderly brother help untie the knots out by pairing them up together, and that's how God's special spark is formed between them!
The brother also presents an analogy of a human nerve. Science majors or takers, we know that a nerve is protected by a layer called myelin sheath, and when it is attacked, the nerve is unable to transmit electrical impulses to their neighbouring nerves. This causes slow reaction to situations. This neuropathy example teaches me that we need a strong sense of life to be aware of what we do in order to satisfy God.
He also shares these two stories that I recommend you who are interested in real-life stories to look up:
- Hudson Taylor, a missionary who traveled to China to preach the gospel but was preyed by an anti-Christian group called the Boxer Rebellion. He was not afraid, for he sang hymns, even in front of his co-worker. It wasn't pointless to rejoice with the Lord at a frightful time like this.
- Brother Watchman Nee and his cellmate in prison for 20 years. The cellmate was released and flew to USA to share his experiences of being behind the bars with the saints. He became a brother and put his trust to the Lord. (The brother in the camp explains a bit more but I forgot to jot it down...dang it).
And this is my favourite testimony the brother tells. There is one hymn written by Annie Sherwood Hawks. She is a poet and a busy housewife. But she loves the Lord and she writes this hymn with all her heart. As an aspiring poet, this inspire me to write a hymn too! Well, should I?

Oh, what am I doing? I should start from the first message to make things clear! Oh well, if you're wondering why the title is called The Knowledge of Life, is because...life is not just our human life. Do you know that we have a spirit in us? And that person is Jesus our beloved Lord? He is not only a spirit, but also life. He represents the real and true life in us mortals and he IS the life to us. His eternal life is immersed into us and is spread from our spirit to our soul and body, and eventually passed to other people too! With God's life, we feel alive! The Bible gives us hints about life, starting from Genesis which talks about the tree of life until Revelation which talks about the water of life. Therefore, life is not devotion, good behavior, power, gifts, or increase of knowledge. Life is simply the Lord Himself!
John 3:15- That everyone who believes into Him may have eternal life.

Message two talks about regeneration. We humans are created by God as empty vessels to contain/ be filled with God. We are like empty bottles produced in a bottle factory, and we are regenerated in order to possess God's life. To be regenerated is to allow God to enter into our hearts and to express His love and life inwardly and outwardly. So how to be regenerated? We can do so by praying, repenting, and believing that Jesus is our Savior. Regeneration gives us the opportunity to know that God is life, learning about the law of life (that is we spontaneously know how God feel when doing certain things, e.g when you skip school because of a party and you feel that God is telling you that skipping school is wrong), having our originally hearts of stone to be renewed (to be softened so that we can have intimate feelings toward God), having our hidden spirits to be opened and transformed (when our hearts is renewed, we can use our spirits to contact God and to fellowship with Him), allowing God to make His home in our renewed spirit, and gaining Him to become our life. With regeneration, we can fulfill God's desire: to become His children (spiritually), to become a whole new creation (an element of God because of our knowing that God is life), and be united with God as one entity (we are no longer alone because we have God in us!).
Romans 8:6~For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the spirit is life and peace.
We must hate death! Silence is the symptom of death! We must cry out "O Lord Jesus! I need you as my life!" We must love life!

The fellowship of life is a good message too. Fellowship can be defined by these three options: common interest, communication, or flowing. Spiritually speaking, fellowship doesn't involved in discussion about something a group of people have in common or a one-to-one lecture session. Fellowship is the flowing of God's life. This flowing life is passed from God to his fellow saints (that is us!) God's life is moving, like gas particles, that's why he is flowing one by one. He adds his entire life into us, and it spreads continuously. However, a fellowship can diminish depending on where you at. For example, when you're in a movie theater instead of attending Lord's table meeting on a Sunday morning, your connection with the Lord is cut off like a broken wire. When this happens, our sense of life causes us to feel like something is missing deep within our hearts. This is normal, and it can be restored by confessing to God. Like a lightbulb or any electrical appliance, we need to be "plugged in" so that we can be "charged" by God's "energy". The speaking brother (priest) shared a story of a Russian guitarist who got both of his hands cut off because of a terrible frost bite. He got drunk, fell asleep in a bus stop, and his fingers got frozen. He then lost his family, job, and happiness. One day, a saint preached the gospel to him, and he instantly received the Lord. He ended up becoming a painter and instead of hands, he used his palms (no fingers) and mouth to paint.
To conclude this message, he reminds us that the sense of life tests us about knowing the condition before the Lord, and fellowship of life supplies us.
God= the Word= the Word of life= life= eternal life   Therefore, God= eternal life
1 John 1:2-3~And the life was manifested, and we have seen and testify and report to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and was manifested to us; That which we have seen and heard we report also to you that you also may have fellowship with us, and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with His son Jesus Christ.

In fact, the sense of life and the fellowship of life helps with the anointing. The anointing is the pouring of oil or ointment over a person's head and probably to the body, like paint. The anointing is a combination of sense of life and fellowship of life, that is God moving, operating, and adding Himself in us. To be anointed is to be cleansed by the shedding of God's blood. The ointment is like a refreshing bath from all unnecessary things God wants to remove from us such as negative and worldly thinking. The more we are cleansed, the more we confess, the more we are anointed and the Spirit enters into us. God's life is released from the anointing which helps us to gain more of God and alerts our sense of life to know what God wants us to do. Not only we need the anointing to be filled with life, but it also causes us to stay within the fellowship with God. The anointing moves us to stay close with God and to interact with him like a normal human. God's intimacy will never fail to attract us. The anointing layers us up with coats of God and His life as the holy colours will transform us into a renewed spirit, a renewed heart, and eventually a renewed person.

Brothers and sisters, don't you think God's life is precious to us? God is the life we need to live on this earth!
